You need to know exactly what you are buying, how the PCR claim is verified, and whether the bottle will actually work with your product and closure.

Many buyers focus on unit price first. That is a mistake. For low MOQ packaging, the better move is to verify fit, specs, lead time, and recycled content before you check out.

Start with the PCR claim, not the sales pitch

Not every recycled content claim means the same thing. Before placing an order, ask what percentage of PCR content is in the bottle and whether that percentage applies to the full bottle or only part of it.

You should also ask for:

• A supplier declaration or certificate of compliance
