Neck Finishes
Every bottle uses a standardized neck finish that determines which closures fit. The most common are 20-410 for small bottles, 24-410 for mid range, and 28-410 for larger bottles. Foam bottles use 42-410. The first number is the outer diameter in millimeters. The second is the thread pattern. Matching these numbers is how you guarantee a closure fits your bottle.
Material and PCR Content
All bottles are PET (resin code #1), the most widely recycled plastic in curbside programs. Two PCR tiers are available: 35% and 50% post-consumer recycled content. Both use a proprietary formulation that matches virgin PET in clarity, color consistency, and structural strength. PCR is offered at the same price as comparable virgin bottles. Seven colors are in stock: clear, amber, black, blue, natural, purple, and white.
How to Choose
Start with the product you are filling. The formula viscosity determines the closure type, the closure type determines the neck finish, and the neck finish narrows your bottle options. Work backward from the closure, not forward from the shape.
