PCR Flip Top Cap
Shop flip top caps in black, natural, and white PCR plastic, 20-410 and 24-410 neck finishes. A hinged lid snaps open to a dispensing orifice for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, then clicks shut to prevent leaks in a bag. 35% and 50% post-consumer recycled content, no minimum order.
How Flip Top Caps Work
A flip top cap has a hinged lid that snaps open to reveal a dispensing orifice. The hinge keeps the cap attached to the bottle so it cannot get lost. The wider opening compared to a disc top allows thicker products to flow through. The snap closure provides a tactile and audible seal.
Neck Finishes and Colors
Flip top caps are available in 20-410 and 24-410 neck finishes. Three colors: white, black, and natural. Smooth and ribbed skirt options with PCR PP material.
Common Uses
Flip top caps are the standard for conditioner (squeeze bottles used upside down), body wash, hand sanitizer, and bubble bath. The wider opening handles thicker formulas better than disc tops. The audible snap builds consumer confidence in seal integrity, which matters for travel and for baby products where parents worry about leaks.
When to Choose Flip Top
Choose flip top when the customer will squeeze the bottle to dispense. The wider opening prevents the glugging that happens when thick formulas try to pass through a narrow disc top orifice. If you need even more precise dosing with zero squeezing, consider a lotion pump instead.
