How Foam Bottles Work
Foam bottles use a wide mouth 42-410 neck finish that accepts a foaming pump. The pump draws liquid through a dip tube, forces it through a fine mesh screen with air, and dispenses foam. This is a mechanical process, not a chemical one. The bottle itself is structurally different from standard bottles because the wider neck requires a wider shoulder and body.
Sizes in Stock
Foam bottles come in 2 oz, 4 oz, 6.5 oz, and 8 oz. The 2 oz uses a 30-400 neck. The 4 oz, 6.5 oz, and 8 oz use 42-410. Seven colors with 35% and 50% PCR options.
Formula Requirements
The formula must be thin and watery. Thick gels, creams, and oil based products will clog the mesh screen and break the pump. Dilute concentrated soap roughly 1 part soap to 4 parts water. Micellar water, diluted castile soap, and pre-diluted foaming concentrates all produce good foam. Always test one bottle before ordering a full run.
Common Uses
Foaming hand soap, foaming face wash, foaming body wash, and foaming cleanser are the primary applications. See our use-case collections for foaming hand soap, foaming face wash, and foaming body wash.
