How do I know which closure fits my bottle?

Match the neck finish number. If your bottle has a 24-410 neck finish, you need a 24-410 closure. The numbers must match exactly. Disc tops, flip tops, pumps, and sprayers are all available in 24-410, which is the most common neck finish for bottles 4 oz and larger.

What is the difference between disc top and flip top caps?

A disc top has a flat disc you press on one side to open a dispensing hole. It sits flush when closed and looks cleaner on shelf. A flip top has a hinged lid that snaps open and stays open during use. Disc tops are more common for lotions and shampoos. Flip tops work better for products used in the shower where one-handed operation matters.

What seal options are available?

Plain (no seal), heat induction seal (HIS), and pressure sensitive seal (PS). Heat induction seals create a foil barrier that requires a heat sealer to activate, providing tamper evidence for retail. Pressure sensitive seals adhere when the cap is tightened and peel off by hand. Plain closures have no liner seal and are used for salon, refill, and non-retail applications.

Do I need to match dip tube length for pumps and sprayers?

Yes. Pumps and sprayers come with a dip tube that reaches into the bottle to draw product. The tube must be cut to sit about 5mm above the bottom of the bottle. Too long and it bends, too short and the pump cannot draw the last 10 to 15 percent of product. Propacks sells pumps with multiple dip tube lengths so you can select the one closest to your bottle height.

Is there a minimum order for closures?

No. Same as bottles, no minimum order quantity on any closure. You can order as few as you need for sampling or as many as a full production run requires.
