PCR Plastic Closure
Shop bottle caps and closures in PCR plastic. Disc tops, flip tops, pumps, sprayers, and screw lids to match every bottle neck finish. 35% and 50% post-consumer recycled content, no minimum order.
Closure Types
Propacks stocks six closure categories. Disc top caps open with a press to reveal a small dispensing orifice. Flip top caps hinge open for wider flow. Lotion pumps dispense a fixed dose per press. Foaming pumps aerate liquid into foam. Trigger sprayers produce a mist or stream. Smooth lids and ribbed lids seal without dispensing.
Neck Finish Compatibility
Closures and bottles connect through a standardized neck finish. The number printed on both must match. 20-410 fits 1-2 oz bottles. 24-410 fits most 4-16 oz bottles. 28-410 fits larger bottles. 42-410 is exclusive to foam bottles. Always confirm the neck finish before ordering.
Seal Options
Dispensing caps come in three seal variants. Plain (no seal) suits salon refill and professional use. HIS (heat induction seal) creates a tamper evident foil barrier for retail. PS (pressure sensitive) creates a resealable liner. Lids are available with or without liner options. Choose based on your retail channel requirements.
How to Choose
Match the closure to the formula viscosity. Thin liquids (toner, mist, cleaning spray) need controlled dispensing: disc tops, sprayers, or fine pumps. Medium viscosity (lotion, shampoo, soap) works with pumps, disc tops, or flip tops. Thick formulas (cream, balm, gel) need pumps with higher output or wide mouth lids for scooping.
